R.I.P. CHIP

R.I.P. Chip explores how children make sense of death through the animals they love, and how parents try, sometimes awkwardly, sometimes tenderly, to guide them through it. Moving between households across New York—from teenagers growing up on a farm to an existential 8 year old in the Bronx—the film reflects on the small, private moments when childhood innocence gives way to a deeper understanding of the world.
